We are exceptionally passionate about you and for the founders, Golden Hour is all about making time once a day for yourself to show up better at work, for your family or for yourself.
Our classes are specially designed to maximise your experience across all of our instructors - as you continue to attend class, your body will start to recognise movement patterns and as a result, perform better each time.
In addition to these benefits, we have:
Our classes fit a maximum of 13 participants to 1 instructor. You can expect to be personally guided through your movement.
We are centrally located in Port kembla, close to the best beaches, coffee and restaurants.
Our timetable includes classes as early as 5:15am and as late as 6:00pm to allow you to fit golden hour in no matter your schedule.
